Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that my wife, ZHOU Min, and myself, Xavier DALON, are not anymore involved in the restaurant LES 5 SENS in Nanjing.
After a little bit more than 3 years owing it but with a departure to France, it began to be too difficult to manage it and keep the same quality of service as before.
We would like to thank you very much for your fidelity. We have been very pleased to spend those 3 years with you.

Poule Au Pot (Boiled Chicken)

Les 5 Sens wishes you a Happy New Year 2009.
In order to celebrate this moment together, Joel Cazes, our French Chef, suggests to share one of the oldest familial french main course (XVIth century) on the 14th of January 2009: a "Poule Au Pot" (Boiled Chicken).
The dish will include the Chicken Broth as starter and then the Chicken meat with its Vegetables and Stuffing as main course for a price of total price of 89 Rmb/person.
